Testimonial for George Richardson from W.R. Watts (Harness Maker). Appointed House Clerk 1890

Dear Sir,

In reply to yours of the 15 ult. as to a reference regarding Mr G.A. Richardson, I beg to say I have known Mr Richardson for several years and always found him to be a very capable man, very energetic, strictly honest, and sober, and in my opinion thoroughly qualified for the post he now seeks.

Should you be tempted to give him a trial I feel confident you will be highly pleased with your selection.

I am Dear Sir yours faithfully,

W.R. Watts
