J. Lawrence – reports from 2 January 1905 to23 November 1915

‘I regret to report the death (on April 25th) of the laundry maid Elizabeth Snell, who has worked in the hospital for over 16 years. She had not been well for some time past, and on April 24th was seen by Dr Farquhar Buzzard and Mr Armour: an operation was performed on her abdomen but the patient died on the following day.’
