Wartime arrangements: papers NHNN/A/54

Dear Mr Hamilton,

As I am now doing full time work in the Emergency Medical Service I shall not be able to attend Queen Square until further notice.

I duly attended Queen Square today but found no facilities for looking after the only patient who attended.

Yours sincerely,

H. Jackson Bulloway
