The volume encloses (at front) draft note of motion that the name of the institution be changed from the Hospital for Diseases of the Nervous System, which had not proved generally acceptable to subscribers, to the Hospital for Epilepsy and Paralysis [meeting of 6 December 1876]; draft motion to allow physicians to request post mortem examinations on patients who had been under their care [meeting of 13 May 1884]; and the torn-off top of a page of case notes of Dr C M Wilson recording the name and address of a female patient diagnosed as suffering from arthritis [between pages 168 and 169].
