Description: 'Clinical notes from Dr Henry Head', 1915-1916 These are in typescript format with handwritten annotations. They are not all necessarily Head's patients, since they are marked 'reported by Head'. The case notes document various injuries, but refer in particular to nerve damage. Clinical notes from Dr Henry Head, Lieutenant Colonel Mitchell Clarke', 1915-1917. Clarke's notes are largely handwritten, regarding peripheral nerve injury.
