Description: The volume records date of award of certificate, name of nurse (male and female) or other member of staff, dates of service, position, training received, and summary of conduct, 1891-1906. There is a blank certificate at the beginning of the list. This section includes testimonials for Louisa Clare East, Eleanor Vernet and Adela Tweed. The volume then lists certificates given, by name, 1916-1929; lists of lectures and certificates given, including name, date of entry, date of affiliation, sick leave, lectures given and attended, date of examination and remarks, 1927-1949; and affiliation of probationer nurses, nurses, and male nurses, 1930-1940.
